How long does shipping take for Halloween orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 7-10 business days. During the peak October season, we recommend selecting Express Shipping at checkout to ensure your costume arrives before your event.
What is your return policy for costumes and accessories?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the costume is unworn, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories. Please note that wigs and makeup are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Do the costumes include props like wands or swords?
Items included in the set are listed in the 'Package Includes' section of the product description. If a prop is shown in the photo but not listed, it is sold separately.
