At Hallowitch Costumes, we want you to be spellbound by your purchase. If your costume isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn item with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all accessories and tags are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our coven inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
